Short answer
Xiluet Smiles is in Westchester at 8396 SW 8th St (Calle Ocho), 2nd floor: about 15 to 25 minutes by car from Hialeah, Doral, Kendall and Coral Gables depending on traffic. All three doctors work in Spanish and English. 20 porcelain veneers cost $6,999 with the design, the in-house lab, cleaning, X-rays and a 5-year written warranty, across three visits in one week. You start by sending three photos on WhatsApp and get a written estimate within 6 hours.

Where we are and how long it takes to get here
The clinic is at 8396 SW 8th St, 2nd floor, in Westchester, on Calle Ocho a few blocks from the Palmetto (SR-826) and 15 minutes from the airport. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. For most of southwest Miami-Dade the drive is short, and the three visits of the veneer week fit between work and the school run.
| From | Usual route | Approximate drive |
|---|---|---|
| Doral | Palmetto (826) south to Calle Ocho | 15 to 20 minutes |
| Hialeah | Palmetto (826) south to Calle Ocho | 20 to 25 minutes |
| Kendall | Palmetto (826) north or 87th Avenue | 15 to 20 minutes |
| Coral Gables and Little Havana | Straight west on Calle Ocho | 10 to 15 minutes |
| Homestead and Cutler Bay | Turnpike north to Calle Ocho | 30 to 40 minutes |
Times are a guide and grow at rush hour; the Monday exam and the Thursday delivery can be booked mid-morning to avoid it. The exact address, map and WhatsApp button are on the contact page.
Spanish from the first message, if that is your language
The clinic's three doctors, Dr. Roger Ramos Navarro, Dr. Gretell Alonso Fiel and Dr. Marta Puentes Marrero, trained in Cuba, Spain and the United States and work in Spanish and English. That covers the WhatsApp message, the photo evaluation, the written treatment plan, the design session where you decide the shape and shade of your teeth, and the explanation at every visit. There is no interpreter in between and no receptionist repeating what the doctor said.
It matters more than it sounds. A smile is designed by talking: how much tooth you want to show, how white, whether one tooth has bothered you since childhood. That conversation has to happen in the language you think in. So does the preview in your mouth, where you say 'shorter' or 'warmer'.
What it costs and what is included
The Smile Design package, 20 porcelain veneers, is $6,999. It includes the exam, cleaning, X-rays, the digital design on your face, the mock-up you approve in your mouth before any tooth is touched, the 0.3 mm veneers made by our ceramist in the same building, and a 5-year written warranty. If some teeth need crowns rather than veneers, the Smile Makeover covers 20 restorations for $7,999. Procedures that are not veneers, such as gum reshaping or a root canal, are quoted separately and in writing before anything starts.
For comparison, Miami practices quote $900 to $2,500 per veneer and $5,000 to $10,999 for 20-veneer packages. The full breakdown is in how much porcelain veneers cost in Miami and on the cost page.

Most patients finance. $6,999 over 48 months at 9% APR is about $174 a month, as an example; the rate and term are set by the lender based on your approval. We work with Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit, LendingClub and Alphaeon Credit, and all five pre-qualify with a soft credit check that does not affect your score. If your credit is thin or new to the country, how to pay for veneers explains which options tend to approve.
What the week looks like when you live 20 minutes away
The schedule is the same as for patients who fly in from other states: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The difference is that you sleep in your own bed. Monday is the exam, cleaning, X-rays, 3D scans, facial photos and the design session, about two hours. Tuesday is the minimal preparation under local anaesthetic and the temporaries in the shape of your design, about three hours. Thursday is the try-in, bonding, bite check and the written warranty, about two hours.
Living nearby has two concrete advantages. Between Tuesday and Thursday you wear the temporaries in your normal life, at work and with your family, and on Wednesday you can drop by or message to ask for a change, which the ceramist adjusts before bonding. And afterwards, any bite adjustment or check-up is a short visit, not a flight. The 5-year warranty is 20 minutes from your house.
Is it worth flying to Colombia or the Dominican Republic for veneers?
In Hialeah and Doral it is a common question, because many of us have family there and packages are advertised at $5,300 to $6,800 for 20 veneers with a hotel included. The full math changes once you add the flights, a week off work and, above all, what happens if something needs adjusting three months later: a second trip, or a Miami dentist who does not know the case and charges to fix someone else's work.
At $6,999 in Miami, with the doctor who placed your veneers 20 minutes away and a warranty in writing, the price difference disappears and so does the risk. The detailed comparison, with travel costs and the data on dental-tourism complications, is in veneers in Miami vs Turkey vs Colombia. And if you already have veneers from abroad that did not turn out well, send photos anyway: many of those cases can be fixed.
What to bring to the first visit
- Photo ID and, if you are financing, the lender approval you received by email.
- A list of the medication you take, so the right anaesthetic can be chosen.
- Photos of smiles you like and, if you have one, a photo of yourself from years ago with your teeth as you remember them.
- Your questions, written down. All of them get answered in the design session before anything is decided.
- Not an empty stomach: eat before Visit 2, because you will not want to chew for a few hours after the preparation.
How to start today
- Send three photos on WhatsApp or through the free photo evaluation: front smile, left side, right side. It takes two minutes.
- Get your written plan within 6 hours: how many teeth, which treatment and the exact price, in Spanish or English.
- Pick your week and reserve with a $250 deposit, which is applied to the total.
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in Westchester. On Thursday afternoon you leave with your new smile and the warranty in hand.
Many of our patients from Hialeah and Doral arrive after getting quotes in three countries. What they are looking for in the end is the same thing: a doctor who speaks their language and is nearby when it matters.
See finished cases from Miami patients and, whenever you are ready, write to us. A doctor replies the same day, in Spanish or English.
Related questions
Do you treat patients in Spanish?
Yes, through the whole process. All three doctors speak Spanish and English, and the first message, the photo evaluation, the written plan, the design session and the three visits happen in your language, without intermediaries.
How long is the drive from Hialeah or Doral?
About 20 to 25 minutes from Hialeah and 15 to 20 from Doral, down the Palmetto to Calle Ocho. The clinic is at 8396 SW 8th St, 2nd floor, in Westchester, 15 minutes from the airport. Rush hour adds time; appointments can be booked mid-morning.
How much do 20 porcelain veneers cost?
$6,999 in the Smile Design package, with the exam, cleaning, X-rays, digital design, mock-up, in-house lab and the 5-year written warranty. If some teeth need crowns, the Smile Makeover covers 20 restorations for $7,999. The exact price is confirmed in writing within 6 hours.
Can I do it in a single visit?
No, and you would not want to. It is three visits in one week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, because between preparation and delivery you wear temporaries in the shape of your design for two days and can ask for changes before the porcelain is bonded. Living nearby, those visits fit between work and home.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. We work with Cherry, Sunbit, CareCredit, LendingClub and Alphaeon Credit, and all five pre-qualify with a soft credit check that does not affect your score. As an example, $6,999 over 48 months at 9% APR is about $174 a month; the rate and term depend on your approval.
What if I need an adjustment afterwards?
You call or message and come in. A bite adjustment or an edge that bothers you is a short visit, and the veneers carry a 5-year written warranty. That is the advantage of doing it 20 minutes from home instead of a flight away.
